Damian Timms
Managing Director
Damian is Managing Director of James & Monroe, based in Melbourne, with overall responsibility for leadership, strategy, and delivery across the firm’s enterprise performance, ERP, and advisory practices. He brings deep expertise in CPM and enterprise finance transformation, working closely with executive, finance, and technology leaders across planning, financial close, consolidation, and reporting. Damian provides senior governance and oversight for major client engagements and plays a key role in shaping J&M’s consulting, support, and education offerings across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Chris leads J&M’s Australian practice with over 25 years of EPM, CPM, and BI experience across the public and private sectors. He has been with James & Monroe for 12 years, leading delivery across strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
Jeremy Bell
Regional Director — New Zealand
Jeremy is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant with 24+ years specialising in Oracle EPM, covering financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and analytics. A certified Oracle implementation specialist and Oracle University instructor, he brings deep delivery and client engagement experience across multinational organisations in the UK and New Zealand.

Regional Director — India
Manoj leads J&M’s India practice, managing a team of over 35 consultants delivering EPM solutions across the APAC region. With 25+ years of experience in EPM consolidation, planning, and budgeting across financial services, manufacturing, and telecom, he brings both industry and consulting perspectives to delivery management, solution design, and client relationships.

Regional Sales Director
Farid drives J&M’s strategic sales across Asia, specialising in enterprise solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation. He develops go-to-market strategies and builds long-term client relationships that expand J&M’s regional market presence and revenue.

A former Oracle University instructor, he leads global client services across EPM, ERP, and integration, taking on roles across client relationship management, project oversight, and solution design.

Sachin manages J&M’s Enterprise Planning practice as Principal Consultant and Solution Architect, with over 26 years delivering planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. He has deep expertise across OneStream and Oracle EPM, spanning financial services, manufacturing, retail, mining, and IT&T.
Andrew Gavriel
GM — Financial Close
Andrew brings over 30 years of experience across senior finance leadership and enterprise technology, including 8.5 years as Oracle’s Enterprise Account Director for ERP, EPM, HCM, and Hyperion. He has held CFO and transformation roles across dairy, healthcare, wholesale, and government.
Hoden Wan
Regional Consulting Director
Hoden leads J&M’s regional consulting practice, focused on enterprise technology adoption and long-term platform strategy. He has designed multi-year IT roadmaps across ERP, EPM, BI, and CRM — partnering with CFO-led teams to modernise finance operations and reduce spreadsheet dependency.
Arvind Chopra
Delivery Manager — India
Arvind heads EPM project delivery for J&M’s India region, managing Techno-Functional teams across active engagements. With over 24 years of experience in finance and digital transformation, he specialises in EPM consolidation, planning, tax reporting, ESG, and account reconciliation.
