TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS
Every Oracle EPM, OneStream, and NetSuite implementation rests on technical work that sits below the application itself: moving data in from source systems, running and securing the environments, and getting results back out as reports and analytics. James & Monroe delivers that layer across the platforms we implement, whether the work is a single integration or the operational backbone of a whole finance system.

INTEGRATION
Connectors and pipelines linking Oracle EPM, OneStream, and NetSuite to SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Dynamics 365, and Snowflake — loading in and pushing back out.
Overview
Finance platforms are only as useful as the data flowing into them. James & Monroe builds the integrations that connect Oracle EPM, OneStream, and NetSuite to the systems around them — ERPs, data warehouses, and operational sources — so figures arrive on time, reconcile against their source, and trace back to the transactions behind them.
We work in both directions: loading actuals and metadata into planning, consolidation, and reporting applications, and returning results to downstream systems. We connect OneStream to SAP ECC and S/4HANA over REST and OData, bring SAP SuccessFactors data into OneStream, and export Oracle Cloud EPM data into Snowflake. The same patterns apply whether the source is SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Capabilities
SAP Integration
Connect OneStream to SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA using the native SAP connector, custom REST, and custom OData. We also integrate SAP Datasphere with drill-back, and bring SAP SuccessFactors data into OneStream.
Source System Integration
Load actuals, balances, and transactions from Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 into Oracle Cloud EPM, Financial Consolidation and Close, and OneStream — using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Data Integration, FDMEE, and OneStream Data Management.
Data Warehouse Integration
Move data both ways between Snowflake and either Oracle Cloud EPM or OneStream — Snowflake data in for planning and consolidation, results out for enterprise reporting and analytics. On the Oracle side, EPM Automate drives Snowflake’s load tools; OneStream uses its own data integration.

Drill-Back & Drill-Through
Trace a balance in consolidation or planning back to the journal or invoice in the source ledger, including drill-back from OneStream to SAP (Fiori and Datasphere) and from Oracle EPM to ERP source documents.
Metadata & Master Data
Keep dimensions, hierarchies, and mappings consistent across systems with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and governed load processes.
Automation & APIs
Schedule and automate data loads, application tasks, and reconciliations with EPM Automate, OneStream business rules, and REST and OData services — including secure file transfer over SFTP with PGP encryption.
Business Benefits
Reliable timing
Data lands when the close or planning cycle needs it, without manual re-keying.
Traceability
Every figure ties back to its source, which holds up under audit.
Less manual effort
Scheduled, repeatable loads replace spreadsheets and copy-paste.
How J&M Helps
- Source Mapping — We document the source systems, their data structures, and the mappings into the target application.
- Integration Design — We design the load process, error handling, and reconciliation checks against source balances.
- Build & Automate — We build the integrations in Data Integration, FDMEE, or OneStream and schedule them with EPM Automate or business rules.
- Drill-Back Setup — We configure drill-back and drill-through so users can trace figures to their source.
- Testing & Handover — We validate data accuracy against source, test failure cases, and hand over runbooks to your team.
