1️⃣ Define

2️⃣ Design

3️⃣ Deliver
Define the roadmap for moving from the current state to the implemented solution. Establishes the detailed project plan, resource allocation, and milestone schedule.

4️⃣ Develop
With design approved, development commences. J&M provides experienced, certified CPM/BI consultants to build the solution and perform unit, system, and integration testing throughout.

5️⃣ Document
Consolidate all documentation produced throughout the project into a comprehensive, structured set of reference materials — ensuring your team has everything needed to administer and use the solution effectively.

6️⃣ Deploy
